    Hi everyone,
    It's a pleasure to welcome you back to our support community. Our developers have been busy changing the software that underpins all of our conversations. Whilst community looks pretty similar, you may start to notice new features and everything loads much faster.

    We had originally planned for the process to take a week or so, but sadly we underestimated the amount of work required which meant that community was offline for several weeks.

    Before migrating over your data, we wiped your passwords to protect your account. This means you'll need to update yours before you login for the first time on the new platform.
