Do You Buy Them a Christmas Present?

So the holiday season is almost upon us, and that means presents! Yeah, we are just as excited as you are at the prospect of tearing into some new goodies from family far and wide, but it can be a bit stressful. So maybe you’ve been dating someone for a while, present-purchasing can be a minefield to navigate. Do you get them one at all? If so, how big do you go? Well we have gone full old school and made this handy guide to help you decide if and what you should be buying for your significant (or not so significant) other. We expect our thank you gift in the post.

If You Landed On…

So this time around, it might be a good idea to go for something super chill. It sounds like you might have had a few mixed signals from them and if you are looking to make something that lasts with them, a simple, cute but funny gesture might be just the ticket to seal the deal this time. Try thinking back to any funny stories they told you, or a hilarious moment the two of you shared, and get them something little that reminds them of that.

This time, it might an idea to stay away from the wrapping paper. Just like with giving presents, relationships are all about the give and take and it sounds to us like that might not be balanced. Of course, only you know your relationship, and we can’t tell you what to do. But maybe think about having a chat with them about where you guys are heading before you jump into the Christmas shopping war.
